Wonderful view of the lake, nestled at the foot of the Dent du Chat. From the other side of the Crêt de l'Aigle you can see Mont Blanc.

Great hike, magnificent viewpoint and for the more playful, a great bivouac spot on the edge of a cliff with sunset 👍

The plan brings together different outdoor activities. Unsupervised swimming is permitted. The plan is surrounded by walking paths, with picnic tables and muscle strengthening machines. Fishermen can also find a quiet spot to catch trout, perch or pike.

Numerous restaurants and night bars have settled in the southeast of the lake. On the shore there is a bathing center that offers a swimming pool and a beach. The main entrance from 1936 is designed in Art Deco style. Beyond that, further north, is the Aquarium, which features native fish, and a long esplanade that's great for walking and regularly hosts special events. The site also offers a panoramic view of the lake and the Dent du Chat rock.

Magnificent walk to do on foot (900m) leaving the bikes up or down and walking back and forth to take advantage of the corbelled passages above the Sierroz.
