Small open shelter that offers protection during thunderstorms, but is not ideal for bivouacking in heavy rain. However, when the weather is nice there are good flat spots for a tent. The closest spring is the Source de la Thur, about 700m away.

If you're turned away through the window at 7:48 a.m. because you don't unlock the door until 8 a.m., even though there are already guests at the breakfast table, I won't wait 12 minutes, I'll leave immediately. 😄👋👋👋👋👋 and bye This auberge doesn't deserve any customers, and certainly not hikers who find their way here on foot.
