A hotspot for mountain bikers and gravel heads, but there are some great road climbs in the area too. Well worth the effort for the amazing view over Possum Kingdom Lake.

A popular spot for fishermen. They will park at the boat ramp nearby and walk out over the causeway to fish. Very beautiful views of the lake from here, aside from the big ugly power plant on the west side of the causeway. The creek that feeds Lake Palo Pinto is just on the north side of this causeway.

Indian Creek Ranch itself is private property, but it is very pretty to ride next to. It is obvious that the owners spent a LOT of money on the landscaping to make it look as pretty as it is.

It looks like this is an area of the PK Hike and Bike trail that is currently under construction to be a look-out overview point similar to Buzzard's Roost Point just on the other side of the hill.

🐍 Watch out for snakes around the rocks! The ducks 🦆 are quick to take all of the food, but if you wait long enough a big group of turtles 🐢 will swim up to you for you to feed them too!
