Temple Bar sits on the shores of Lake Mead with excellent views of the dramatic rock formation that gave the area its name. Along with the stunning views you'll also find camping, a restaurant & bar, as well as cabins and a motel. If you do decide to stay a while all manner of watercraft are available to rent, ranging from small fishing boats to ski boats, plus kayaks, canoes, wakeboards and more.

Cattail Cove offers visitors the chance to swim, hike, camp, or launch a boat. The park can get booked up far in advance, so if you plan on staying overnight be sure to secure your site early.

The Davis Dam is a hydro-electric dam that produces between 1-2 terawatt of electricity each year. Behind the dam you'll find Lake Mohave, on which you'll find a number of resorts, watercraft rental shops, restaurants, and marinas. Due to its desert location the lake is a popular year round destination.

Princess Cove Picnic Area sits on a point in Lake Mohave. The views over the water and across to the mountains are great at anytime, but sunset is especially beautiful. During summer be prepared for crowds and extreme heat, getting an early start is the best way to avoid both.

This lighthouse is a replica of the one established by Lake Erie in 1826. Dedicated on January 23, 2015, in memory of Mary Sundin, it offers a lovely view from this point. For a closer look, you'll need to cross the street.
