Located at the end of the Centennial Trail. I like to use this point to take a few minutes to enjoy the views and have a snack, before riding back to Spokane.

This is on the second half of the Fish Lake Trail. You get nice views up through summer. But the lake dries up a bit towards the end of summer and into the fall.

The Nine Mile Recreation Area is located within Riverside State Park near Nine Mile Falls, Washington. Situated at the eastern end of Lake Spokane, it offers two docks, a boat launch for motorized and non-motorized watercraft (seasonally open April 1 to October 31), and a designated swimming area. There are also picnic tables, covered areas, public restrooms, and camping facilities. Nearby, the Pine Bluff Loop trail provides a 5.6-mile moderately difficult hike with stunning Spokane River views. A Discover Pass or day pass is required for vehicle access.

Great overlook wish excellent bird watching. Saw some pelicans and white throated swifts in the cliffs

Liberty Lake Regional Park has it all: lakeshore, wetlands, a campground, an ORV park, BBQ areas, and playgrounds. For bikers, the main attraction is the extensive network of excellent backcountry trails. Whether you're biking, hiking, or enjoying a family picnic, the park offers diverse recreational opportunities in a beautiful natural setting.

This trail is highly scenic, taking you past two ponds in the vicinity where you can observe various types of waterfowl. The optimal time to experience this area's beauty is during the fall, when the surrounding aspen and cottonwood trees undergo a vibrant color change.

Mirabeau Pond is a lovely tranquil setting within Mirabeau Point Park and even has a waterfall. There are some walking trails around the small pond, with a boardwalk and viewing point for the waterfall. Keep an eye out for ducks and turtles!

The garden is beautifully landscaped and is worth a visit.
