It's VERY overcast. The descent "up the stairs" is completely covered in weeds (and bottles/plastics/etc). You can descend carefully; after the first two curves, the path disappears completely. As you descend to the first level of the riverbed, there's a small clearing (the path is washed out), but it's completely covered in vegetation. Be patient.
