Today without any water, what a shame.

This waterfall was amazing. It felt like a wild animal in the savannah or a boar in the water. 😅

Easy to access and hard to forget: this river beach is a true summer getaway. The river's incredibly clear, cool waters invite long swims and moments of peace. There's plenty of room to spread out your towel, whether on the grass or sand, in the sun or in the shade of the trees. The riverbed is sandy and smooth, with almost no rocks, ideal for relaxing without a care in the world.

Beautiful, but crowded in July. There are nicer, less crowded swimming spots nearby.

Located directly on the N308-1. Parking nearby is extremely difficult. The best way is to stop at the border and then walk back along the road (around 1 km).

Beautiful pool with crystalline waters in the Baixa Limia-Xurés Natural Park. You will need to climb some rocks to reach the top of the waterfall that leads to the pool.

Impressive waterfall in the heart of the Baixa Limia natural park, in the Serra do Xurés. In the rainy season, the water descends forcefully to the Caldo River.

Generally speaking, it's a beautiful pool, but because it's so central and easily accessible, it's also quite crowded. There are a few parking spaces, but when it's very busy, they're far from enough. There are certainly nicer and more relaxing pools. It's not ideal for lying or sitting either.
