Beautifully situated Vindskydd on Södra Kypesjön with barbecue areas and seating. Since it's close to Borås and has a parking lot nearby, it's usually crowded with day visitors (at least in good weather), who often stay until late in the evening. There's a "bathing beach" with restrooms nearby.

The nearby Vindskydd is no longer usable (as of summer 2024), but there's now one right on the property. There's also a barbecue area, seating, and an outhouse. A spring is nearby.

This is a "boring" regular shelter overlooking the moor. The shelter is located next to the old railroad, which today is a paved embankment. Good to know if you are passing Dalsjöfors and need shelter.

In July 2024, the Vindskydd was no longer watertight. But women know how to help themselves. 😉
