Located at 1680 meters of altitude, the Pla de les Forques refuge is free and has 20 places capacity. It is located on an esplanade where there is also a recreation area with tables and barbecues.

Forest refuge within the municipality of Campelles (Ripollès) at an altitude of 1,769m. It is located under the northern slope of the La Covil peak. It consists of 2 separate rooms, an open area for cattle and a part with a door, with a fireplace, table and wooden bunks. It is a rather precarious unguarded shelter.

On the way on the climb to Valcebollère there is a refuge at 1860m. The terrain around it is flat and open, with wide views of the region. The cabin is simple, divided into two parts. In the sleeping area, 4 people fit on the floor. The 'living room' has a fireplace and small table. Nice to spend the night and to use as an intermediate station for the unpaved climb of the Puigmal.

Very nice hiking hostel with an international flair. Good cuisine, tasteful rooms and an excellent location for hiking in the Pyrenees. The food is served for everyone at a huge table, you sit in a happy, multilingual group. The landlady gives good tips for your stay and also reveals her recipes.
