On November 26, 2025, the water covered many areas that are normally passable. You had to "climb" several rocks to get around the reservoir. This section was especially tricky when descending, and even more so if you were alone.

It is an artificial wetland resulting from the adaptation of an aggregate quarry intended for construction. This quarry was located southeast of the urban center of Moralzarzal right on the border with the municipality of Collado Villaba.
