A beautiful hiking trail leads along here, amidst stunning natural scenery. From here, you have a fantastic view of Mount Teide and the surrounding landscape. A visit is highly recommended and quite interesting 👍🏻.

At the start of the gravel road, there's a sign prohibiting bicycles, but further down you'll see a bicycle path sign, which should be okay. However, there's a sign there indicating when the mouflon hunt is, so be sure to pay attention to that.

Mount Izaña is the highest point on Tenerife's main road. It is also right around the corner from the impressive observatory, one of the largest in the world. You can book tickets to visit the observatory, but it is also very interesting to see from a distance.
