We walked along the beach from the Barranco los Canarios bus stop to here. The hotel is located above the Laguna de Sotavento. Unfortunately there is no bus from the bus stop here (although officially stated by the bus company TIADHE!). The gentleman at the front desk was helpful enough to call us a taxi. Before that, have lunch in the hotel restaurant (buffet €15 per person, drinks extra) and swim in the sea. To do this, you wade through the lagoon, which at this point only reaches your knees.

The Laguna de Sotavento only fills with water at high tide. Then the surf school René Egli has an exclusive right to do surf lessons there.
