Mostly paved with stones hiking trail with many beautiful views, which meanders in serpentines along the rock massif up to the plateau. Sturdy shoes recommended, as the ground is sometimes uneven and the path has high steps in some places.

The long blocked road from Pollenca to Castell del Rei (komoot.de/tour/163160849/embed?) is now accessible again - at least for hikers who spare no effort. As the number of hikers was limited to 20 per day, a pass must be obtained from the city council of Pollença about a week before the tour (info: Tel. 971/535077 in the town hall of Pollença). Of course, this only applies to the day you set. The old castle ruin can unfortunately not be visited.

The long-closed path from Pollença to Castell del Rei (https://www.komoot.de/tour/163160849/embed?) is now open again—at least for hikers who aren't afraid of the effort. Since the number of hikers has been limited to 20 per day, you must obtain a pass from the Pollença Town Hall about a week before the tour (info: Tel. 971/535077 at Pollença Town Hall). This pass is, of course, only valid for the specified day. Unfortunately, the old castle ruins are not open to visitors.

The Puig Alaro can be reached on various hiking trails. Coming from the south I can recommend it here, https://www.komoot.de/tour/163159420/embed. Once at the top you can admire the Castell Alaro and its castle courtyard, furthermore you have a great view of the Tramuntana peaks, the fertile plain, the La Victòria peninsula and the Cap Ferrutx. On the descent, you can enjoy the best shoulder of Mallorca in the Es Verger farm.
