This fort is called Infanta Isabel in all the sources consulted. I can't find the name of Argurutz level anywhere.

Indeed, this height is "sunken", just 1 meter from the edge of a wide portion of cornice the earth is sunken, and it seems that if you step on it you will sink along with the mountain.
