Busy stretch of CV highway, but worth it.

Great section of this route. Very beautiful landscape, great mountain scenery. I drove the section there and back. Great departure! Eddy Current👌 Not everyone comes down well, as can be seen from the attached photos.

Pou Clar in Ontinyent is a beautiful river landscape that creates a dreamlike backdrop. Just stop for a moment and enjoy the great impressions. The Clariano river rises here in the Sierra de l'Ombria and the natural pools have created a unique landscape. The geology of the area has created these round bodies of water over time and each has its own name. They are called Pou dels Esclaus, Pou Clar, Pou Gelat, Pou de la Reixa, Pou Fosc and Pou dels Cavalls.

A scenic valley, unfortunately you drive on the busy road

Must have been a mill or workshop that worked with water power. Rotating waves can be seen. The basement of the building is about 10 meters further down the gorge. At the top of the street you can see the third floor. Very interesting to see it up close!

Pou Clar, along with other pools in this ravine, is an ideal place to stop on the route and take a bath on summer days.

El Pou Clar is a river area of significant natural and landscape value. This spot marks the beginning of the Clariano River, which in its first few meters has formed over time a string of pools on calcareous rock. You can enjoy the pools on hot days to take a refreshing swim, although the place is worth it all year round because there are very nice hiking trails there and it has picnic tables and parking for cars on the side of the road.
