As Stephen mentioned; a bit tough with laden touring bikes. We opted to just take the walkway and then carefully take the bikes down the stairs at the end. You could always take your panniers off momentarily. Nice views!

Really beautiful little park with all sorts of art displays; including a "Covid Monster" created by a local school I believe. Awesome place to take a break.

Although there is a free camp in the town, we opted to stay at the caravan park as the free camp was completely full and there were some sketchy people staring at us. The caravan park was very cheap and the folks here were friendly. It ended up being a decent place to fix my broken spoke.

Taking another opportunity to get off the Bruce Highway (and avoiding the roadworks). Well worth it too as there were also Mango farms along the way..

Great views from the bridge but very difficult to take the walkway with fully laden touring bikes due to the stairs getting to and off the walkway. If you can get away with riding across with the traffic instead and then walk back without the bikes to experience the views.

If you can get away with it it is best to cross with the traffic rather than taking the walkway as the stairs are very difficult specially with fully laden touring bikes. Great views though
