The Albufera de Anna is a treasure created by multiple water sources, which have given rise to different species of flora and fauna to build a unique landscape. It is an enclave that was already inhabited centuries ago, even going back to the Mesolithic, a period from which vestiges have been found. It is a set of lakes, pools, sinks and watering holes that lead the water to the town of Anna, and that in their course create the perfect ecosystem for various aquatic birds to make it their home. In the center of the main lake is a small island that you will love to photograph, and in its waters you will find various species of freshwater fish.

Quesa is a medium-sized town in the interior of the province of Valencia belonging to the region of La Canal de Navarrés. Despite its marked agricultural accent, Quesa also has a gypsum extraction industry. The action of the water on the soft ground of the area has created a landscape of ravines and pools ideal for bathing in the surroundings of the town.

Although Lake Anna is the most well-known, you should take advantage of its visit to also get to know the rest of the waterfalls and pools of water within the municipal area. Some of them are as amazing and beautiful as this lake.

This site offers very nice views of the Tous reservoir. It is a pity that you cannot cross over the dam itself, which would allow you to reach the other side and be able to connect with the towns of La Canal de Navarres. Getting here is very pleasant and you enjoy it a lot, especially the tranquility of the place.
