When you shouldn't go up here it's in winter, the road doesn't represent a problem since you're on a wide track, but it's cold. If you have control of this section, you will be fine. Make sure that the environment is not snowy (in winter it usually is) and manage the risk well on the way down... it goes down very quickly. As I said above, take everything you need and enjoy this climb that depending on the day... can take you above a sea of clouds.
