The Trôs Marets is a tributary of the Warche with a length of approximately 5 kilometers. It is a popular destination for hikers. You walk through a beautiful nature reserve, surrounded by rugged rocks, dense forests and a babbling mountain stream with beautiful waterfalls.

This stream has its source in the Fagne du Sotay along the national road 68 Baraque Michel - Malmédy and follows in a southerly direction. Entering the Ardennes forest, the stream turns into a torrent and meanders between imposing blocks of quartzite and sandstone, forming a series of waterfalls and pools such as the Pouhon des Cuves. Very adventurous. Some damage on the trail made it even more interesting.

The Trôs Marets stream turns into a torrent and threads its way between imposing blocks of quartzite and sandstone, forming waterfalls It is one of the few streams in Belgium with such a torrential course, so much so that some call it the "canyon of Trôs Marets".

The Trôs Marets valley is probably one of the most beautiful brook valleys in Eastern Belgium.

The Fuhrtsbachtal and the Perlenbachtal are very nice to hike through. Plenty of places to rest and you always have the gentle splashing of the streams as your companion
