In a fairytale setting amidst rolling hills, vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see and a panorama that reaches all the way to the sea, Rubano Castle dominates the landscape. It houses the Spalletti Winery, where among the banks and vineyards you can taste the wines directly among the rows of vines, following trails designed for bikers and hikers. An elegant suite has also been created within the walls of the splendid manor.

An evocative location now attractive for renovation. The history and modernity of the restored architecture in the square evoke the entrance to the castle. Definitely a must-see.

Palazzo Marcosanti, also known as the Tomb of Poggio Berni, is a late 13th century fortress complex in Poggio Berni, which belonged to the Malatesta family and later to the Papal States. Historically it is known as the Tomb of Poggio Berni since in the Middle Ages the term Tomb indicated a fortified building generally erected on a hill or in any case in a place suitable for defence. Its Malatesta origin is attested in the fourteenth century by some documents with attribution to the Malatesta assets and by a terracotta frieze representing the typical Malatesta chessboard adorning a pointed arch overlooking the internal courtyard.

Mule track that runs along the Ribano Castle on the Savignano hills. Nothing difficult but very scenic especially in the spring and autumn months. From here you can then take other paths and invent different turns. To be avoided in rainy periods.
