The Burano river between Cagli and Cantiano.

This stretch of road follows the route of the ancient Via Flaminia and connects the towns of Cagli and Cantiano through the narrow Burano valley. The road has little traffic thanks to the construction of the new state road that runs parallel. The gorge carved out over time by the watercourse is spectacular and evocative.

Beautiful area with zero traffic

The Valle delle Prigioni trekking, starting from Coldipeccio, offers an immersive experience in uncontaminated nature rich in varied flora, with paths that are part of the Sentiero Italia and the Ring of Janus. The segment towards the Devil's Shoe is particularly fascinating, featuring a towering limestone boulder and a narrow, dark tunnel, offering alternative routes for those seeking a less claustrophobic experience.

The Spaccatura delle Lecce is a deep and narrow gorge formed by the erosion of the Gorghe torrent which flows between the rocky walls of limestone and marl. The trail is demanding with a stretch of via ferrata, and a helmet and suitable equipment are recommended.
