Immersed in the Quarazza Valley

Lake delle Fate is an enchanting body of water created by the Quarazza stream in the valley of the same name. The water takes on a beautiful emerald green hue. The paths leading here are very easy, although some are steep. You can take a break to eat or drink something in one of the two restaurants in an evocative atmosphere. The view is breathtaking.

Path that leads from the Fairy Lake to the Cascatelle of the abandoned mine. It can be traveled indifferently along the river in some points on single track, or on the stony road The last meters before the mine are rather technical on rock, you must have technical skills to climb safely

Artificial lake formed by the barrage of the Quarazza torrent, in the valley of the same name (side valley to the Anzasca Valley, near Macugnaga). Easily reachable from the Borca hamlet.

Easy walk from Macugnaga. Possibility to stop to eat and / or drink (2 bars / restaurants) in a beautiful setting.
