Col Fortin is a World War I cave post. There are two waterfalls nearby, and several posts and caves nearby.

The Torretta River originates in a cave/spring just upstream from this small bridge: the water emerges from the rock, having flowed down from the Luserna Karst Plateau through underground passages. Here, the stream creates lively waterfalls and eddies, and further downstream, a series of high, rushing waterfalls. The presence or absence of water, given its torrential nature, depends on rainfall or snowfall: to experience a good flow, visit on days after rain.

In this hidden corner, tucked away from the trail above, the Torretta River, which emerges a little further downstream from the rocks of a spring, generates a series of winding, high waterfalls. After heavy rainfall, the flow of water is truly violent and impressive! As you push down the sides, you're hit by a wall of water spray and wind generated by the waterfall itself. You descend following a faint path through the woods, at your own risk, as the terrain is steep, wet, and in some sections very exposed to the ravine: use extreme caution. EE.

A spectacular waterfall of considerable height, created by the stream of the same name, which flows into the Astico River just downstream. From what I can find online, "Pissavàca" (also spelled "Pissavacca" and "Pisciavacca") is a fairly common place name in the Triveneto region. The left bank of the Astico Valley is dotted with valleys of varying width, carved by streams that descend from the Luserna karst plateau and cut across its steep southern slope, creating spectacular rapids, gorges, and whirlpools. The presence or absence of water depends on rainfall or snowfall: to find a good flow of water, visit on days after rain.

Interesting valley with very suggestive geological stratification of the rocks. At times very impervious and dominated by the peaks of Vezzena and Manderiolo
