This beautiful village is located on the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, between Casteggio and Montalto Pavese, near the Rile San Zeno and Verzate streams.

The castle is located in the Argine di Bressana Bottarone hamlet. The elegant 14th-15th century manor can be admired immersed in the rural landscape of the Po valley. It has the typical characteristic of the Pavese castle: a square plan, reinforced at the corners by square towers.

The Montesegale Castle has a very ancient history, dates back to the early Middle Ages and dominates the ancient village a few kilometers from Pavia.
