Perfect ride for a gravel, almost all asphalt climb, from the lakes onwards half and half and then beautiful dirt road descent

"Laj d'Oseria" in the local dialect, Lake Osiglia is an artificial reservoir in the municipality of the same name in Val Bormida, in the province of Savona. The dam was built at the end of the 1930s and today regional rowing and interregional canoe competitions are held on the waters of the lake.

Pleasant lakes located a few steps from the village of Pontinvrea, with a small dam that creates bathing areas both above and below. They are ideal for a refreshing summer swim, and have a lovely pebble beach. Along the road, there are also parking lots and picnic tables.

The path from Castello Bellavista to Lago dei Gulli is beautiful in itself, but it also offers spectacular views of Sassello and its surroundings.

The small lake of Ferrania is an artificial lake that was created for ornamental and recreational purposes at the request of the Durazzo - De Mari marquises in 1854. It was subsequently used to feed a nearby ironworks now in disuse. Today it has become part of the Ferrania Club and is used for sport fishing.
