The Valbonella botanical garden is a nature reserve and an open-air museum in the Casentinesi Forest National Park. In two hectares of surface, it hosts around 300 species of plants typical of the Romagna Apennines, some rare and protected. Entrance is free and you can leave your bike inside to take a walk along the thematic paths of the garden.

On the slopes of Mount Comero, not far from the Foreste Casentinesi National Park, this lake is dedicated to sport fishing. It owes its name to the fact that it dried up at the beginning of the eighteenth century due to a careless human error, so the water "leaved" away, towards the valley.

Just over 2.5km from the center of Corniolo and about 30min on foot, there is this cute botanical garden. Outside there are several picnic tables, sources of drinking water and a public toilet. A quiet place surrounded by nature.
