A shelter with 6 beds an oven open for all in need for a shelter during tough weather

The lodge is large and is part of the tourist route E3 (Com-Emine). There is plenty of seating, cold water and a nice kitchen.

Avoid this hut if possible. The owners do not care much for their guest's safety and are not reachable by phone in case of an emergency or questions in the late-afternoon (e.g. concerning weather). If you do decide to go: make sure to bring your own toilet paper as it is not included in the accommodation price!

The hut is beautifully situated. It is suitable for overnight stays as well as for day trips (from the Beklemeto Pass or from the Haidushka Pesen Hut)

The bean soup is the BEST and with a view to die for... well worth the hike.

The first few hundred meters of the trail have been washed away by a flood so you need to walk in the dried up river basin for a bit but as long as you keep to your left, the remains of the path are still visible.

One of the best huts in Bulgaria!

Located in a spectacular saddle, between two peaks, this hut gives excellent panoramic view over Triglav Massive and northern part of Bulgaria. Works all year long and is pretty busy over the weekends, so book your stay in advance. Food is excellent, sleeping rooms are hot! At the entrance there is a sign "Close the door, bears come in" - it is not a joke : )

Very impressed by the warm welcome, even we have stopped only for a lunch. The lentils soup was delicious. Beside the rooms the hut has also a beautiful relaxing library. Nothing beats the gorgeous views. There is a BBQ grill, but if you want to use it -bring your own charcoal and meat/ vegies. The hut is faraway from the roads and is serviced by foot or by horses.

Mushroom soup is very tasty. Try it.

There is a barbecue but they do not donate to collect firewood. If you want to bake, carry your coal.

Wow...wow...even though we only came for lunch we were amazingly welcomed by the friendly family and crew. The food was excellent! We will come back again to stay(Kom-Emine?)

This is one of the best huts in the Balkan mountain at all. The family that takes care of this place is devoted to the nature and the mountain, and that is why they do everything with love. Here you'll enjoy the authentic and wild Bulgarian nature without the bitterness of Bulgarian foolishness and idiots.

The owners of this cabin are incredible. It's like dipping into another world. There are no roads leading to the hut, which is why the hut family once a week in a day's march itself all the food from the nearest village several hundred meters deeper brings.
