As of July 2025, there are four new shelters, 20 meters past the old entrance and then to the left. They are not currently marked on Komoot or in the Shelter app.

Beautiful overnight spot in the Hvidbjerg Klittplantage right on cycle path 1. Wind-protected location in a landscaped clearing. There is a shelter, a fire pit and meadow area for tents. A little way away there is a dry toilet and there is also a water tap at the entrance! Danish comfort in the forest.

This is the overnight spot at Komihus. Lots of grass for tents, a shelter and a fire pit with benches around it.

Nature is just great and you can relax excellently. Relaxation is 100% guaranteed here.

The site is located in the western part of the Tvorup Klitplantage, approx. 100 m. east of the hiking route Vestkyststien. The site can be accessed on foot or by bicycle. Facilities on the site: fire pit with barbecue grill, dirt toilet and waste rack. There is 1 shelter on the site with room for 7 people. This shelter cannot be booked and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Campsite in Vilsbøl Klitplantage The campsite is located in the eastern part of the plantation on the Nebelgaard site, approximately 1 km southeast of the bathing area at Nors Sø, which can be reached on foot or by bike. There is a parking lot approximately 500 m from the shelter. Facilities on site include a campfire site with a barbecue, an earth toilet, and water. There is one shelter with space for 30 people on the site. Tent pitches are available on the site, and there is room for approximately 30 people in conjunction with tents. The campsite can be booked by larger groups of 15 people or more for special events such as school, sports, or scouting events. The site can be booked 12 months in advance. Bookings are processed approximately 10 business days. Priority bookings are given to the campsite. Individuals may use the campsite if it is not booked. If the booking is not made before 8 p.m., the campsite can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
