"Zwierzyńczyk" is known under its official name as: "Historic water and palace system in Zwierzyniec with tourist development". This is a park complex located behind the school in Zwierzyniec. The city managed to obtain funds from the European Union to modernize the park. And in this way, residents and tourists visiting the city can enjoy the beauty of subtle and charming alleys running among regulated water reservoirs.

Czarny Staw is an artificial reservoir in Roztocze National Park, built in the Świerszcz river valley. It was created by building a weir in the Świerszcz valley. It was created artificially to supply the Echo Ponds. It is located in a forest grove by the Florianka walking and cycling route, and wooden platforms from the route lead to the pond. At the end of the pond there is a small viewing platform.

During my stay the ponds were almost dry.

Crowded but pleasant. You can relax.

Beautiful views of the Echo ponds, a complex of four ponds near Zwierzyniec in the Roztocze National Park. The Polish Konik (Konik Biłgorajski) often grazes in the meadows around the ponds. The ponds are filled in spring and emptied in November.
