Open in winter too! 😃 Drinks and food. A friendly owner and a wood-burning stove that warms the bright atmosphere nicely... I was there on December 19, 2025, and enjoyed a relaxing break by the lake. Lovely! 👍

Walking around Lake Kronenburger, you'll occasionally find easy-to-miss steps leading down to the shore. There's usually a bench waiting for you to relax and enjoy the view of the lake in peace.

Beautiful lake, unfortunately currently with reduced water level, so use is prohibited

Only vaguely visible from the Bahntrassenradweg due to the vegetation, but a beautiful reservoir.

Clean and beautifully located parking lot on the B421. From here you can take a walk around the lake or start longer hikes.

The reservoir was not too full today, but it is still worth a visit. There is ample parking and a campsite.
