The bridle path takes you down a wonderful valley towards Lough Veagh. The views are incredibly scenic and the trail is usually pretty quiet so plenty of time for peace and solitude.

This valley has a fantastic perspective looking down to Lough Veagh. With a waterfall along the way as well as several interesting patches of woodland it can't get much better than this path.
Running between Glenveagh Castle and the visitor centre, there are great views of the freshwater lake Lough Veagh. Nestled in the Glenveagh Valley, it's surrounded by the Derryveagh and Glendowan Mountains.
