This refuge really helped us a lot on our last tour. Despite heavy rain, we have found a dry and sheltered place here. However, I very much hope that the hut will be serviced in a timely manner, as the ravages of time are gnawing at the hut in one place or another. Losing this protection on the Ith Transgression would be very unfortunate. The next refuge on the ridge path comes back at the Ith tower and there are still a few kilometers to go.
