Leave your bike at the Dazio Grande and with a short detour in a few minutes you will be at the Gole del Piottino, an incredible canyon with walls tens of meters high

For me, one of the most beautiful grottos in the whole of Ticino. Not far from the road there are fine local specialties and a good café. The grotto is located directly on the Fiume Peccia, which flows over a few large boulders and forms a natural pool underneath. From the outside of the grotto you have a direct view of the blue-green water.

Very impressive section of the Leventina. A small detour that is also highly recommended by bike instead of using the main road.

Not far from Capanna Alpe Sponda, the hiking trail crosses a small gorge dug by a stream, into which a beautiful waterfall pours

The Grotto Pozzasc is located in Peccia (Upper Maggia Valley) in an idyllic location near a natural pool formed from the river of the Pecci Valley. Originally, the grotto served as a mill, which is evidenced by some remains of wood and stone. Polenta is prepared every day by the fireplace and served with appetizers, various types of cheese, mortadella and codegotto. At the granite tables in the shade of the large trees, both the culinary delights and the wonderful view of the river can be enjoyed.

This gorge is located in the middle of the plateau
