A beautifully designed, simple forest café with (covered) seating. They offer chilled drinks, punch, coffee, tea, schnapps, and cake. Payment is accepted in cash or, in a pinch, with Twint. There is no price list; everyone is welcome to pay what they feel is appropriate.

On my first visit I was surprised that an unusual wooden building had been built in the middle of the forest. From a biker's comment I know that it is the Sprötzehüsli. What is the purpose of this, what is being sprayed? Can someone enlighten me.

The small log cabin is perfect for a break in the forest. Inside there is a table with benches, dwarf motifs in and around the house delight the little ones among us.
