Well-equipped forest hut outside and inside. There are marked parking spaces in front of the hut (access is only permitted as far as Waldhütte, located in the middle of the forest, no through traffic). A small shelter, which was created in 2001 by the Pfungen forestry team, includes a barbecue area, benches and the small hut.

The Kyburg hut is a log hut made of round logs, very solid. Next to it a fountain, ideal for a break. Unfortunately this autumn a tree fell on the roof of the hut and tore a big hole in the ceiling.
