Wildenburg ruins In the early 13th century, the Lords of Hünenberg built a residential castle on the spur high above the Lorzentobel, but it was abandoned after 200 years and later used as a quarry. Several benches invite you to take a break, and there's even an official fire pit (please refrain from using the unofficial ones to avoid endangering the ruins). The narrow paths leading to Schnabelburg Castle are an experience in themselves.
