Located at the top of the pass of the same name, at 685 meters above sea level, this small, well-maintained wooden shelter offers shelter from the sun and bad weather and can also be used as a bivouac or emergency shelter. Inside, there is a table and benches.

The Posada di Pitzinurri is one of the official accommodations of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail, created from the renovation of an abandoned building in the former mining village of Ingurtosu. It offers 8 beds in shared rooms, with breakfast included and use of the kitchen. Last-minute reservations can also be made by calling 0781 24132. There are no shops or restaurants in the area, but meals can be reserved directly at the time of booking.

I have done some trips nearby always starting from Perda de Bibara up to Perda de sa Mesa but only on foot without passing by Genna Farraceus because it is longer so I don't know if it can be done by bike

Can you get there by mountain bike with good training?

The Monti Mannu inn, located next to the Forestry nursery, is the ideal place for excursions of all kinds. I've been going there every month for forty years. I won't be able to see all of this paradise!!!
