The Bay of Marinello

A super-beautiful little island, as the name suggests. No sandy beach, just rocks and pebbles. But the water is incredibly clear, perfect for swimming. It's best to pack your swimming shoes. You can take short boat trips for around €10 out to sea and to the blue grottos. Always a dream 😍🥰

Cala Zimmari is one of the most beautiful beaches in Panarea, located on the south-eastern coast of the island. This cove is particularly appreciated for its golden sand, quite rare for the Aeolian Islands, and for its clear waters that range from turquoise to deep blue. Reachable both on foot from the town of San Pietro with a walk of about 20 minutes or by sea by boat, it is an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and a spectacular sea. Cala Zimmari also offers a suggestive view of the islet of Basiluzzo and other volcanic rocks, perfect for exploring with a mask and snorkel.

Extensive sandy beaches with several lakes against the backdrop of coastal cliffs. Fascinating views of the mountain range around Tindari in the west with the pilgrimage church perched on top. Beautiful views of the Aeolian Islands, especially Stromboli with its smoking volcano.

The beach is unfortunately a bit rocky but super beautiful!
