The cave is located near Zir. We explored only the first part of the cave. Later I read that at the end of the first part there is a narrowing after which there is another room.

the bunkers are intertwined and you can go from one side of the hill through the bunker to the other end of the hill

As far as I know there is a tunnel between the residence and the garages and no access to a bunker. If Tito has really only been here once, then he probably didn't go through this tunnel.
