The very well-maintained and beautifully crafted hut was set up by the Schwarzenborner Tor support association and is looked after and maintained by them. It is set up in a good spot on the Junkernpfad so that a rest is easy. Thank you for this beautiful facility and that it will be preserved for a long time to come.

This small hiking car park with the beautifully designed wading pool is an ideal starting point for the "Cuckoo Trail" and several other hikes. Here you will also find a small shelter and information boards and flyers about the hiking trails. If you drive the road from Wetter to Mellnau, you should look for the green sign "Revierförsterei Wetter" on the right before Mellnau, which will lead you directly to the small hiking car park if you continue straight on this road.

Today I was again at the end of my foray through the forest at the little "Mary's House", which I also love very much. The sun shone through the green leaves of the trees 🌳 🌳. It was simply very beautiful again.
