A small gorge with a natural, rocky path leads through it. The name of the gorge also inspired the premium hiking trail "Hochgehtdeufelt." The path is quite steep in places, but easy to walk in dry weather.

From the car park of the forest outdoor pool, the hiking trail leads steeply through the Devil's Gorge to the Alb plateau.
