Just beautiful. The best time for "water hiking" on the Helbe is from the end of February to the beginning of April, after which it becomes increasingly dry.

The so-called horse stable is a natural attraction. It is a 20 meter long and 10 meter deep crevice in the immediate vicinity of the Kattsteingipfel. According to legend, a robber by the name of Always Sober was supposed to have lived there. The gap is freely accessible, but entering it is not safe and should not be done alone or with safety!

You can walk the hidden path from the Teufelskanzel or from the old quarry. From the quarry you have to cross the terrain off-road at the beginning, but you can find it very quickly. You will then be rewarded on this mystical hillside path with a rocky gorge that leads to Hell🙈. The old beeches are like guardians of the forest🧙‍♂️🌳👍. At the end, the Teufelskanzel awaits you with a view of Obergebra, and you can continue on the equally adventurous Schweitzer Weg. 🥾👍😎

A beautiful wide meadow valley, which has eaten 100m deep in the shell limestone. The trail goes in parts directly along the Helbe, many beautiful corners to take a break. Depending on where you get in, you can extend or shorten it to 14 km.
