Large manor house with morbid charm, partly a lost place. Well worth seeing. There is also a castle in the village. A very lonely little country road leads into, through and out of the village.

The old ruin is located directly on the Aller. If you are lucky, you can enter the site via the fire department access road. The keep can be visited. Access is granted by employees of the local history and pharmacy museum buergerverein-weferlingen.de/heimat-und-apothekenmuseum

Of the collegiate church ⛪️ from the year 900, only the ruins 🏚️ remain, which is worth a visit. From this place high above the village of Walbeck you have a great overview of the Aller all the way to the Lappwald. A visit to the beautiful village is also worth it!
