Depending on the season, numerous birds can be seen from the closed bird watching stand.

Very nice rest area with a bench to relax on. In August the water lilies are in bloom. A new shelter for rainy days is available.

The lakes are located on the TelRW (Telegraphen Cycle Path) on the quiet connecting country road between Hornburg and Veltheim. It's always worth taking a break here in summer, as there are shady areas to relax in.
