Numerous trails branch off from the plateau, including to Lake Baasee, the Brunnentalweg trail to the mud bath, and many more. Thus, the hut, with its fireplace and fuel, not only offers shelter from the elements or in the event of an accident, but also usually welcomes people.

Including information board and sound game.

Definitely a must for a sociable stop. I have rarely experienced so much heart. And in front of an impressive, almost mystical backdrop. The Baasee and its taverns. Simply great.

Cabin is in good condition, the roof is currently being rebuilt. Nice rest stop!
