Switzerland has been a lively, appealing landscape since the Romantic period. And that is the Plattener Schweiz: an enchanting piece of forest along the Steinbach, through which a narrow forest path leads over small bridges and footbridges. It's quite uphill and downhill. The journey is worth it.

The Kluckerter Bach stream with its waterfall is an insider tip. A very beautiful, narrow path leads there. A fantastic spot.

Beautiful waterfall in a crevice, the rugged profile of which can be interpreted as a chicken's head and is therefore called "det Hinkel", which gave the chapel above it the name Tinkel Chapel.
