🏡 Dümmlerhütte near Wolfstein Located amidst the countryside above Wolfstein, the Dümmlerhütte offers a charming place to stop for a break with sweeping views of the Glan Valley. The hut is quietly located and surrounded by rolling hills and mixed forest – perfect for a rest stop during hikes around the castle ruins or the Königsberg. 💡 Tip: Those traveling with dogs or children will find a relaxing, family-friendly break here – with a rustic atmosphere and often surprisingly empty rest areas.

Delicious, hand-cooked food. The owner is Austrian and a true expert. If you need a break from the Alps, this is the place for you!

Delicious food and reasonable prices

The local association hut is run by the Palatinate Forest Association and is open every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. all year round. In the hut you can fortify yourself with a snack, sausage and various soups and cakes. You can also get drinks here.

PWV hut along the North Palatinate High-Altitude Cycle Route. Open on Sundays.

Very quiet and beautifully located hut. Very good menu. I always enjoy going there
