The swan pond and the stilling pool bear witness to the impressive "Great Cascade". The multi-level cascade with fountains and artfully framed stilling basins was part of a water world made up of ponds, fountains and grottos. The forms of the cascade leading to the pool were also made visible again. They can be explored along a small circular path together with the former Hermitage (now only a foundation). From 2005 to 2007, the swan ponds were repaired and brought back into shape, so that they still delight with their appearance today. In 2013, the stilling basin was clad and restored using Corten steel. The swan ponds and the stilling basin bear witness to the impressive "Great Cascade". The multi-level cascade with fountains and an artistically framed stilling basin was part of a water world of ponds, fountains and grottos. The cascade leading to the basin was also made visible again in its form. They can be explored along a small circular path, together with the former hermitage (now only a foundation).
