A former lumberjack's cottage in the northern Peine district near Meerdorf in the Tadensen forest area. It is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a group room for up to 20 people. A large lean-to roof hugs the house; even in rainy weather, you can barbecue and play games underneath.

Located next to the Tadensenhaus, the classroom is almost hidden, as it is actually just a large shelter. In any case, it is beautifully located, well maintained and rainproof!

The refuge is locked, but there is space in the entrance area to shelter in a rain shower. There is a lot of space in front of the hut, making it a (free) starting point for a tour.

A nice, small parking lot for hikers right next to Fürstenau. There is only space for about 8 cars - and one shelter.

D The Köhlerhütte can be reserved for a fee, the benches and tables are always freely available. A nice place for a rest, whether you are on foot or by bike.
