One of the three stalactite caves in the Bitburg-Prüm district is located on the Holsthum/Peffingen border. It is a high calcareous sinter cliff through which a small stream flows. A staircase leads up the Huwelslay stream. At the bottom of the path, a little to the side, you can climb up the rock to a bench in the rock. I have not yet found any useful "historical" information about the Celtic cave, but the following youtube video of two hikers shows how blatantly interesting this section of the trail is! Listen too!
